AutoElevate Refund & Cancellation Policy

All AutoElevate AI Receptionist plans are billed on a monthly subscription basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at nic.stullich@gmail.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will not be charged for the following month.

14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us at nic.stullich@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund of your first month's payment — no questions asked.

Custom Website Service: Due to the custom nature of website design work, refunds are not available once design work has commenced. If work has not yet begun, a full refund will be issued upon request within 48 hours of purchase.
